Seaford to Eastbourne Seven Sisters Walk (14 miles)

A 14 mile linear group walk with Surrey and Beyond Active Escapes along one of the most iconic coastlines in southern England. Meet outside Seaford Station at 10:30am (the group waits until 11am). The route follows Seaford Promenade, climbs Seaford Head, drops to Cuckmere Haven, crosses the Cuckmere River and the Seven Sisters to Birling Gap, then ascends Beachy Head before a dramatic descent into Eastbourne for refreshments. Steady 2 miles per hour pace, very hilly and exposed. Bring a packed lunch, at least 1.5 litres of water and proper walking boots. Return to Seaford on the 12X bus.
