Women's Wellbeing Walk at Seven Sisters: Guided Hike, East Sussex
Walk to Wellbeing is a guided wellbeing hike for women in the Seven Sisters landscape. It is designed for women who want time outdoors to rest, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. This small-group experience includes a guided walk, a nature connection activity, reflective conversation, and practical self-care tools. It supports physical and mental wellbeing through action, learning, reflection, and renewal. The route begins at Exceat and takes in the stunning Seven Sisters landscape. Many women come on their own, and the group is welcoming and supportive. Led by Dr Felicity Butler,
