Women's Wellbeing Hike at Seven Sisters: Burnout and the Systems That Shape Us
A reflective wellbeing hike for women along the Seven Sisters cliffs, exploring burnout and the wider systems and pressures that shape our lives. Led by Dr Felicity Butler, drawing on 25 years in gender justice and wellbeing work, the day combines a guided walk with reflective discussion and practical tools for spotting invisible labour, setting boundaries and recharging. Approximately 8 miles at a relaxed pace with pauses for reflection, around 4 hours. Ages 18+. Subsidised places available for unemployed or low-paid women. Refunds up to 7 days before the event.
