White Cliffs Wander: Seven Sisters Edition
A guided coastal hike of about 22 km over hilly terrain along the Seven Sisters cliffs, from Seaford to Eastbourne, with lunch at Cuckmere Haven and two short breaks planned. Hosted by Nikol of The NikOut Collective. Meets at London Victoria Railway Station, 8am to 6pm. Guide fee £15, train tickets are bought separately.

Seven Sisters Boat Tour - Newhaven
Seven Sisters boat trip with Maverick Boat Adventures, departing from Newhaven Marina. The RIB cruises along the Sussex coastline past Tide Mills, Seaford Bay, Splash Point, Hope Gap and Cuckmere Haven to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with tales of the area's smuggling past. Duration 1.5 hours. Ages 2 and over.

Friday Walk: Alfriston-Rathfinny Circular (5.5 miles)
A moderate walk of about 5.5 miles from Alfriston, climbing into open country to the Rathfinny Winery, through the estate with a stop for coffee at their hut, and returning to Alfriston along the river. The walk starts at 10am. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, on lead through the Rathfinny estate.
