Wave Active Health and Wellbeing Showcase, Seaford
A free collaborative health and wellness afternoon at the Downs Leisure Centre, with health and wellbeing information stalls from local activity providers, NHS services, community gardens and support organisations. Visitors can also explore Lilian's Room, an accessible fitness space with equipment designed for gentle movement, to improve mobility and build confidence.
