The Shorter Seven Sisters, Friston Forest and Cuckmere Haven
A medium grade 10 mile circular hike starting and finishing in Seaford, walking through Friston Forest past pretty cottages with views of the Cuckmere River winding to the sea at Cuckmere Haven. Finishes back in Seaford with the option of dinner or a pint. Meets at London Victoria station at 09:00.

Friday Walk: Alfriston-Rathfinny Circular (5.5 miles)
A moderate walk of about 5.5 miles from Alfriston, climbing into open country to the Rathfinny Winery, through the estate with a stop for coffee at their hut, and returning to Alfriston along the river. The walk starts at 10am. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, on lead through the Rathfinny estate.
