Spanish Conversation Hike: Seaford Station to Cuckmere Haven
A Spanish-speaking group hike from Seaford train station along the chalk cliffs to Cuckmere Haven and back, with a lunch stop at a local cafe to practise new Spanish vocabulary. Meet at the station entrance at 10:00; aim to return by about 14:00. Postponed to the following weekend if it rains. Bring water, sturdy boots and suitable clothing.

Seven Sisters Boat Tour - Newhaven
A 1.5 hour guided boat tour from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with the chance to spot seals, porpoises and seabirds. Runs daily through the season with several departures a day (typically between 10:00 and 18:00 in August, reducing to 12:00 and 14:00 by October). Ages 2 plus; group tours up to 11 people; minimum 4 passengers for the trip to go ahead.
Seven Sisters Rapid RIB
A 40 minute RIB ride from Newhaven to the foot of the Seven Sisters cliffs and back, set to a soundtrack of classic rock anthems. A family-friendly coastal blast with no tour guide, just views, sea air and music. Ages 4 plus; up to 11 people.
FREE HIKE: Seven Sisters, The Edge of the Island (Scenic October Coastline)
October transforms the Seven Sisters with sharper light and deeper colours. A free group hike along the coast from Seaford to Eastbourne. Meet outside Seaford Station at 10.15am for a sharp 10.30am start; finish by 6pm at Eastbourne Station.
