Seaford to Eastbourne (Seven Sisters Cliffs) Walk
A 14 mile (22km) medium difficulty guided walk from Seaford to Eastbourne along the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs, with around 500m of ascent over roughly 6 hours of walking. Meet at London Victoria Station at 08:30; train tickets purchased separately.

Seven Sisters Boat Tour - Newhaven
A 1.5 hour guided boat tour from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with the chance to spot seals, porpoises and seabirds. Runs daily through the season with several departures a day (typically between 10:00 and 18:00 in August, reducing to 12:00 and 14:00 by October). Ages 2 plus; group tours up to 11 people; minimum 4 passengers for the trip to go ahead.
Seven Sisters Rapid RIB
A 40 minute RIB ride from Newhaven to the foot of the Seven Sisters cliffs and back, set to a soundtrack of classic rock anthems. A family-friendly coastal blast with no tour guide, just views, sea air and music. Ages 4 plus; up to 11 people.
