A free, weekly, timed 5km event held every Saturday at 09:00 along Seaford seafront, starting near Splash Point. Walkers, joggers and runners of all abilities are welcome, as are volunteers and spectators. Register once online for a free barcode that works at any parkrun worldwide. Well behaved dogs on short leads are permitted.
