Hiking the Spectacular Seven Sisters, England's Finest Coastal Hike
A guided 22 km (13 mile) social hike with GO London Hiking. Starting at Seaford Station, the route follows the coast past the Martello Tower onto Seaford Head, drops to the Cuckmere estuary for lunch near the visitor centre, then crosses the Seven Sisters to Birling Gap, Belle Tout and Beachy Head before finishing on the Eastbourne seafront. Intermediate to challenging, about 670 m of ascent. The group travels down from London Victoria; train fare is not included.

Seven Sisters Sunset Cruise
A relaxing one hour evening cruise from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs at sunset. Keep an eye out for seals, porpoise and seabirds, often more active in the evening light, and feel free to bring a drink aboard. Runs on Friday and Saturday evenings through the season, with the departure time tracking sunset (8pm in July, moving to 6pm by late September). Up to 11 passengers, all ages. Booking essential.
Seven Sisters Boat Tour - Newhaven
A 1.5 hour guided boat tour from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with the chance to spot seals, porpoises and seabirds. Runs daily through the season with several departures a day (typically between 10:00 and 18:00 in August, reducing to 12:00 and 14:00 by October). Ages 2 plus; group tours up to 11 people; minimum 4 passengers for the trip to go ahead.
Seven Sisters Sunset Cruise
A one hour evening cruise from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs, watching the sunset over the sea. Departure times vary through the season as sunset gets earlier (19:00 in August, 18:30 in early September, 18:00 in late September). You are welcome to bring your own drinks aboard; up to 11 passengers.
