Glynde to Seaford: The Sunny South Downs and Seaside Hike
A 14.5 mile hike from Glynde over Firle Beacon, dropping into historic Alfriston then following the Cuckmere River to Cuckmere Haven and climbing Seaford Head for views of the Seven Sisters before finishing in Seaford. Meets at London Victoria station at 08:20; hike starts from Glynde station at 10:25.

Friday Walk: Alfriston-Rathfinny Circular (5.5 miles)
A moderate walk of about 5.5 miles from Alfriston, climbing into open country to the Rathfinny Winery, through the estate with a stop for coffee at their hut, and returning to Alfriston along the river. The walk starts at 10am. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, on lead through the Rathfinny estate.
