Friston Forest, Litlington 6.5 Mile Circular Walk
A 6.5 mile circular walk with SouthDowns Strollers through Friston Forest to Litlington via Lullington Heath, returning past Charleston Manor and through West Dean. Described as very hilly with around 1100 feet of total ascent. Pace is inclusive and moderate, suitable for walkers of all abilities. Bring lunch or buy at the midway cafe. Dogs welcome on leads around livestock. Parking is around £4.50 at the forest car park.

Seven Sisters Sunset Cruise
A serene one-hour evening boat cruise departing from Newhaven Marina, travelling past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters Cliffs as the sun sets over the horizon. Passengers are welcome to bring drinks on board and the trip offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities including seals and seabirds. Departure times vary throughout summer to align with sunset hours.
