Exeat Circular via High and Over
A 6.85 mile midweek group walk from the Seven Sisters Country Park visitor centre at Exceat, climbing via High and Over with two steep but short climbs and otherwise flat or undulating going. Dogs welcome on a lead; refreshments and toilets at the visitor centre.

Seven Sisters Boat Tour - Newhaven
Seven Sisters boat trip with Maverick Boat Adventures, departing from Newhaven Marina. The RIB cruises along the Sussex coastline past Tide Mills, Seaford Bay, Splash Point, Hope Gap and Cuckmere Haven to the Seven Sisters cliffs, with tales of the area's smuggling past. Duration 1.5 hours. Ages 2 and over.

Friday Walk: Alfriston-Rathfinny Circular (5.5 miles)
A moderate walk of about 5.5 miles from Alfriston, climbing into open country to the Rathfinny Winery, through the estate with a stop for coffee at their hut, and returning to Alfriston along the river. The walk starts at 10am. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, on lead through the Rathfinny estate.
