Cuckmere River to Alfriston
A 9 mile weekday walk starting from Seaford, following the coast to the Cuckmere River with views of the Litlington White Horse, then along the river to the historic village of Alfriston for a stop in one of its old pubs before catching the 125 bus to Lewes. Walkers meet at London Victoria at 09:15 for the 09:54 train, arriving at Seaford at 11:19. Walkers should manage 2.5 miles per hour and bring a packed lunch.

A relaxing one hour evening cruise from Newhaven Marina past Seaford Bay to the Seven Sisters cliffs at sunset. Keep an eye out for seals, porpoise and seabirds, often more active in the evening light, and feel free to bring a drink aboard. Runs on Friday and Saturday evenings through the season, with the departure time tracking sunset (8pm in July, moving to 6pm by late September). Up to 11 passengers, all ages. Booking essential.

Ages 2 plus; group tours up to 11 people; minimum 4 passengers for the trip to go ahead.
