Berwick to Bishopstone on Seaford Bay: Ancient Sussex Hills and Remote Paths
A 25km energetic hike from Berwick to Bishopstone covering the Long Man of Wilmington, the Bloomsbury-painted church at Berwick, Lullington Heath Nature Reserve, and the Cuckmere River. The route finishes with an optional sea swim at Seaford Bay before ending at Bishopstone station. The walk explores ancient Sussex on paths less travelled with 597 metres of ascent.
