Seaford U3A
Seaford U3A (University of the Third Age) is open to anyone no longer in full-time employment who wants to keep their brain active and learn. Started in 1989, the group currently has around 400 members. Interest groups cover art, languages, music, history, sciences, cookery, book groups, literature, card games, crafts and walking. Regular talks are held at Downs Leisure Centre on a wide variety of topics, and there is a monthly coffee morning on the third Wednesday of the month.
