Year-round open-water sea swimming group of 250+ members meeting daily at 7am on Seaford Buckle Beach (or Tide Mills in rough seas). Predominantly women aged 50+, including members with disabilities. Founded informally, organised via WhatsApp with daily conditions forecasts.
